- It appears that the ink supply to the sub-tank has failed.
The sub-tank is like an intermediate tank located within the ink supply path。
This is an error caused by the ink level in the sub-tank not reaching the specified level after ink supply.
1. Check around the ink supply port and remove any debris if any.
* It has been confirmed that due to the ball part of the bottle
cap sticking, the ink will not flow normally.
Please remove the bottle, press the ball part to ensure
proper operation, and then try reattaching it.
2. After confirming the above items are not an issue, perform Soft Cleaning after restarting the power.
