1. Drop position Adjustment may be off. Please check and adjust again.
Set media over 500mm (W) x 400mm (H) and follow the [Drop position adjustment] procedure in the Operation manual.
2. Check for media warping.
If the media is deformed at the pinch roller, it may be caused by uneven heating of the media.
Try increasing pre-heater temperature 5℃ to 10℃ or use Uni-directional printing.
