Printing on heat-sensitive materials without deformation. Finding the robust and practical printers with ease of maintenance.
Since Mimaki products are made in Japan, necessary parts are delivered quickly. To print on heat-sensitive materials, the company replaced the printer with the new one that uses UV-LED ink curing system instead of conventional metal-halide lamp system.

Utilizing Mimaki products and process management system, the company achieves labor-saving, automated and visualized in production processes.

The company installs the large flatbed inkjet printers, JFX-1615 plus and JFX200-2513, to achieve efficient printing for large-lot orders. Further, the unique jig plate also enhances the efficient printing.

Mimaki products satisfies various customer demands and enables the in-house manufacturing of various products. In addition, the increased productivity brought by these products allows us to fulfill large-volume orders in short delivery times. The company is planning to increase its investment in facilities and equipment.
